CONVEYANCING AND
      PROPERTY MATTERS

Introduction: Conveyancing describes the legal process of transferring ownership of immovable property in Namibia and registering various security instruments. The transfer and registration of the commercial or residential property as well as security instruments such as bonds takes place at the Deeds Registry Office in Windhoek, with which Office our firm enjoys a healthy relationship.

We have been appointed as the legal counsel for two substantial property investment Funds.
