Introduction: Corporate law deals with the formation and operation of all forms of corporate entities. All over the world corporations have become an increasingly dominant part of economic life. Corporations are recognized by law to have rights and obligations separate from their members and can exercise these rights and obligations against other corporate entities, private individuals and the state. In Namibia the more prevalent forms of incorporated entities are public companies, private companies and close corporations.
We appreciate the real and practical issues that directors and members of these corporate entities are faced with on a daily basis. The firm is well versed in the law regulating corporate structures and the inner workings of corporate entities and the governance thereof.
